The Pool deck rooms are slightly smaller than the Luxury rooms. They open out on to the pool deck with stunning Ocean and pool deck views. With en-suite bathroom with shower. (2 Pool Deck rooms 2 pax per room)

Our lovely Luxury rooms are all sea facing some with garden and ocean views from the garden terrace on the ground floor. The top floor Luxury rooms have a private balcony with ocean and pool deck views. All Luxury rooms have en-suite bathroom with shower, air con and queen or twin beds. (5 Luxury rooms 2 pax per room)

The Garden Suite is larger that the Luxury rooms, with garden, mountain and ocean views on the ground floor. With en-suite bathroom with shower, air con, queen size bed and kitchenette. (1 Garden Suite 2 pax per room can have one extra single bed in lounge area)

Our Royal Suites are more luxurious than the Garden Suite. The ground floor Royal Suites have garden and ocean views with a garden terrace. The top floor Royal Suites have a private balcony with ocean and pool deck views. All Royal Suites have en-suite bathroom with shower, air-con and queen size bed. The Milkwood Suite is very spacious with garden and ocean views 2 private balconies and air-con. A fully self catering kitchen, living room, en-suite bathroom with shower and king size bed. (1 Milkwood Suite 2 pax per room can have one extra single bed in lounge area)

The Presidential Suite is stunning with garden, ocean and pool deck views. Large private balcony, dinning room, fully self catering kitchen, large living room with big screen TV (DSTV) and Hi-fi, separate bedroom with queen size bed, air-con and en-suite bathroom with shower. Ocean view is across the road form Bakoven beach and 10 minute walk to Camps Bay main beach and restaurants. On site we have a honesty bar, breakfast room, swimming pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, koi ponds and ample safe parking.
