Welcome to Modderas Farm Cottages. We are situated on the farm Modderasfontein which nestles on the slopes of the majestic Langeberg Mountains in the Overberg area of the Little Karoo, 3km west of Barrydale on Route 62.

Evening meals can be arranged at some of the very good local restaurants in Barrydale which is only 6 km away.

We have 4 comfortable self catering cottages available at reasonable rates. All are fully equipped with braai facilities and wood available. All linen and towels are provided and breakfast baskets are available, by prior arrangement.

Bush Hills:
The bedroom has a queen-size bed and can accommodate another 2 people on a sleeper couch and a single bed in the lounge. It has a full bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen.

Duiker:
This is a family-sized cottage, with 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom plus separate shower and toilet. There is also a TV and video machine as well as a camp cot for a baby.

Greenpoint:
This is a rustic but comfortable cottage. Sleeps 2, with a possible 3rd in the lounge. It has a shower, toilet and hand basin and has a fully equipped kitchen.

De Kelder:
De Kelder sleeps 2 in twin beds in a king-size configuration. It has shower, toilet and hand basin and a fully equipped kitchen.
