Set in the lush valley of Hout Bay, surrounded by striking mountains and bordered by white sandy beaches is our pretty, self-contained cottage located in Victor Street, a quiet cul-de-sac, between Victoria and Empire Avenues.

Chez Victor boasts one bedroom with double bed and place for an extra bed should a third person wish to share, en-suite bathroom with shower, lounge with satellite TV (DStv), DVD and CD player, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen (with microwave, fridge/freezer, etc) and outside private braai (bbq) area.

All linen and beach towels are provided. The cottage is serviced weekly; however, maid and laundry services are available at an extra charge. For extra security, the cottage is fully alarmed and has secure off-street parking (gate and security light). Telephone, e-mail and computer facilities are available on request.

Guests in the cottage have unlimited access to a large swimming pool set in a luxuriant garden. The pool is overlooked by a stunning thatched gazebo, with built-in braai (bar-b-que) and wooden deck, from where magnificent mountain views can be enjoyed.

On one evening during your stay, your hosts will invite you to join them for a traditional South African bar-b-que should you stay for one week or longer!

01 October 2009 - 30 April 2010: R450,00 per night for two persons sharing

01 May - 30 September 2009 (with the exception of the period 11 June - 11 July 2010): R350,00 per night for two persons sharing

11 June - 11 July, 2010: R700,00 per night for two persons sharing

Extra bed for third person: R100,00 per night
